 MythGallery: Orientate EXIF thumbnails when not using DCRAW

 Orientate EXIF thumbnail according to the image orientation, when not
 using DCRAW

 Strictly EXIF thumbnails should have a separate orientation, but that
 doesn't seem to be available from libexif,
 and thumbnails are commonly orientated as per the image anyway.
