 When the video resolution changes in a recording, e.g. from 528x480 to
 1920x1080, when it gets to playing that point, the frontend shuts down
 with an assertion error message:

 mythfrontend: privatedecoder_omx.cpp:562: OMX_ERRORTYPE
 PrivateDecoderOMX::FreeOutputBuffersCB(): Assertion
 `((OMX_BUFFERHEADERTYPE*)((frame)->priv[2])) == hdr' failed.
