 Relax VBox version check in mythtv-setup for VBox network tuners.

 Currently the check starts with "VB.", to cater for all firmware versions
 change to start with "V". Patch attached.

 I have version VJ.2.54 (provided to me by VBoxcomm support) which
 currently fails checks in mythtv-setup in master. Patch should also be
 applicable to Fixes/0.28 (not tested).
