 Since around upgrading to 0.28-fixes, video output no longer works on a
 2nd screen. I can set the screen just fine in the frontend configuration,
 and the UI indeed is displayed correctly on that monitor. Just the video
 playback doesn't start there, just the "wait" screen and nothing else. The
 audio starts playing though.
