 EPG is good now, so the 'guide language' is changed back to 'chi' (in
 zh_hk.2.xml).

 If the 'Country' tag is useful is still not sure... but changing it should
 do no harm, so please update it.

 Could it be updated to 0.27.6 or any other latest version? As 0.27.6 is
 expected to make the 'defaults file' useful (bug #11181). Thank you.
