 Issue 3.

 Failing recordings can only be stopped once. If a restarted recording
 starts failing and the user stops it, the scheduler immediately starts it
 again. See following log.

 The patch fixes this specific case although I'm not convinced this is the
 right way to determine 'user stopped so don't reactivate.'
