 Issue 2.

 When failing recordings are stopped, the recorder doesn't clear
 curRecording, so the next EIT scan restarts the recording. See following
 log.

 Tearing down the recorder seems the neatest way. Will the current
 recording status ever be Failed ? Note the kFlagRecorderRunning flag is
 always cleared by TeardownRecorder (within the lock).
