 Okay, reproduced it. It occurs when you set prefix=/usr because then the
 Qt4 headers get picked up as a consequence of finding the "installed"
 mythtv headers under /usr/include

 Out of curiosity, which opensuse version are you running? i've installed
 13.2 and it installed qt5 version 5.3.2
