 What I wanted to do
 Change the default transcoder from "Autodetect" to "High Quality"
 I was using Mythweb because that option has been removed from the inter-
 phase at the TV.

 Note: I have High Quality transcoder setup for "Lossless Transcoding"

 What I did to generate the error

 On this page i choose one of the recordings.
 http://192.168.10.201/mythweb/tv/schedules

 it sent me to this page
 http://192.168.10.201/mythweb/tv/detail?recordid=14

 I clicked on "Advanced Options:(Display)" .

 Changed transcoder from "Autodetect" to "High Quality"

 Clicked on "Update Recordings Settings"

 It then generated the following

  Fatal Error

 !!NoTrans: SQL Error: Out of range value for column 'chanid' at row 1
 [#1264]!!
