 Hi dekarl, thanks for looking into this!
 I started Wireshark and ran
   vlc rtp://@239.2.16.1:8208
 for a few seconds.
 The resulting capture file (zipped Wireshark/tcpdump format) is attached
 as captured_orf1.pcap.zip​.
