Fix multiple issues in mythtranscode cleanup
1) Rename or delete previews ending with jpg as well as png

When run from the command line:
2) Replace the original file with the transcoded file. This step was
broken at some point, so both original and the temporary transcoded
file were left around.
3) Cleanup all tmp files when finishing or aborting.
