 MKV files can have 'PixelCrop' cropping values that are stored in certain
 header fields (see PixelCrop* in
 http://www.matroska.org/technical/specs/index.html). Myth internal player
 does not read these and therefore displays the uncropped file during
 playback.

 * 0.26.0+fixes.20121023.163e0e6-0ubuntu0mythbuntu3
 * 0.28.0~master.20150207.d6f4aad-0ubuntu1 <- just verified on latest
 master, it is still an issue

 Tested by adding cropping headers to a letterboxed video, vlc respects the
 cropping, we don't.
