 Would it be possible to backport the following patch to 0.27-fixes?x

 https://code.mythtv.org/trac/ticket/10080

 The patch works in 0.28 and allows firewire capture of MPEG4 streams.
 Apparently the relevant code has not changed recently so hoping this can
 easily be added to 0.27-fixes (via mythbuntu repos in my case).
