preinst/postinst fixes to work along with existing commit #11f842510a1473f50cb9eb955a92a0a69e45ace8 This handles the normal update-cases seamlessly, avoiding needless prompting the user!

Fix mysql.d config entry, allow IPv6 connections to backend mysql server.
Note the mythbackend process already supports IPv6 connections.

Previously tested this change and this corrected IPv6-connections to backend successfully.

Requires mysql-5.5 (which is in all supported Debian/Ubuntu variants), as per:-
