 Are you still seeing this problem?

 It's possible that this was just a problem for a short time during the
 recordedinfo transition.  I was unable to reproduce it - I tried setting a
 manual 1-minute recording with 10-minute "record late".  I didn't try
 category over-record, but I don't see why that would be any different from
 manual "record late".
