 Additional information:
 If I use MythWeb to check Recorded Programs while a recording is in
 progress it normally lists the program being recorded, and periodically
 updated the file size.  However, in cases where the entry for a finished
 recording is missing, it does not show in Recorded Programs while the
 recording is in progress.  Thus the problem must occur right at the start
 of the recording, not afterwards.  In the cases where the program records
 but doesn't show in the listing, I can find the file over the network and
 watch the file size increase as the recording progresses.

 The programs that don't show in Recorded Programs do show in Previously
 Recorded, but in red, with "A" at the end of the listing.  Recording
 Details for one of these entries shows all the program details, but Myth
 Status at the end shows "Aborted".  But sometimes the program did record,
 and the mpg file is on the hard drive.
