 Where MythMusic uses LAME, does it do it directly, or does it use the
 existing audio encoding mechanisms in MythTV core?  If the former, it
 would mean MythMusic (or MythTV Plugins depending on how things are broken
 up) would not be able to be distributed as a binary, but MythTV core would
 be.
