 Looks like you guys were told about this in 2010 but failed to make the
 right kind of fixing:

 "WebDBSchemaVer was missing from the settings table and MythWeb returned a
 completely blank page in the browser. No meaningful error message was
 logged.
 db_update.php doesn't appear to test for the presence of the variable, nor
 log an error if it is missing."
