 This ticket can be closed on master 0.28.
 With recent commits to mythplayer.cpp (from LWR) to fix the seeking PTS
 stuttering..the patch in this ticket is not required & actually makes
 jitter worse.

 So right now in master there is no excess frame jitter playing 50Hz media
 with 60Hz refreshrate display.
