 This is on an interlaced television
    1920x1080      25.0 +   30.0*    30.0

 Tested on fresh master:
 Setting the refresh rate to 25 with xrandr didn't have a change in
 behaviour (also not with patch).

 With the normal refresh rate (30, 60i) and patch didn't have either a
 change in behaviour.

 The patch applied or not behaves the same for finished and in-progress
 recordings.
