 Only for info: This problem is still not fixed in 0.27/fixes.

 Getting a bit closer to the real problem the lost audio always happens
 only while using cutlists. Without a cutlist the audio is correctly
 trans-/encoded for me.

 So there's a problem while detecting/loading the first audio frame(s) when
 cutting a file.
