 Thank you for the detailed explanation on how that works.  I know exactly
 what I need to change in case I need to run the '--do-channel-updates' in
 the future which would override my changes.

 I am interested in a long term fix for this.  If you find it is a
 Schedules Direct issue, let me know and I will report the issue to them.
