 i forgot two things:

 in your log your mythtranscode version is "fixes/0.25" not "fixes/0.26" as
 in your bug report.
 and your config.xml in "/home/mythtv/.mythtv/" seems to be corrupt. you
 should delete it and run mythtv-setup again to create it.
