 The prev attached files were made with "select * from recordedseek where
 type in (33,9) and chanid=1003 and starttime=20130303020100 order  by
 mark;"

 Your cmd shows nothing diff/new at beginning of the same recording after
 running mythcommflag.

 I have added some processed ffprobe info from the very start of the same
 recording.
 (real ffmpeg git 15 Feb 2013).

 The recorded seek entry does not point at any ffprobe packet offset.
 mythcommflag gets one pkt offset match at coded_pict 24.
