Comment:

 [b16ccb6] relaxed the definition of a menu to any time one or more buttons
 are defined.  Defined menus such as 'title' or 'root' are merely jump
 points.  There is no requirement that the jump points contain buttons.  In
 this case, it is possible to have trouble exiting playback.

 Checking whether we're in the VTS domain (the previous definition of
 ''not'' being in a menu) should restore similar functionality without
 causing too much upset.
