 Using default theme (not default-wide!) it is not possible to use webradio
 streaming yet.
 There is no mythplugins/mythmusic/theme/default/stream-ui.xml.

 I've changed stream-ui.xml from default-wide so that it fits quite good
 for my old 4:3 TV.

 Patch and screenshot are attached.

 Please note other patch for mythtv/themes/default/base.xml, link in a
 comment below.
 This patch depends on that one.
