 And improve consistency with MythCenter-wide.

Most of the consistency work was done in base.xml, with changes to colors
and popup window backgrounds to be consistent with MythCenter-wide.

Most of the changes to recordings-ui.xml make better use of space on SD
screens, while still preserving consistency with MythCenter-wide. There
are a couple of differences. Having the file size displayed for the
current selection is nice, but IMHO, not as important as knowing how long
a recording is, i.e. knowing both its start and end time. Fortunately, I
found the space to display both. I moved the status icons down a few
pixels, which made just enough space between the preview/coverart image
and the status icons to display the file size. That made enough room to
display the end time, right justified, on the same line as the channel.

I also changed the wrapstyle for the groups and recordings lists from
captive to selection. Recent discussions on the mythtv-users list leads me
to believe there are a number of people who will be happier with the
selection wrapstyle, especially since the default key bindings do not
define PAGEBOTTOM, PAGEMIDDLE, PAGETOP keys. Without these keys, it can be
very frustrating to get to the bottom of long lists. I think this change
will make MythTV more user friendly.

If you approve of this patch, I will submit more along these lines. Fine
tuning the MythCenter and MythCenter-wide themes is still a work in
progress for me. If interested, let me know if you prefer separate tickets
for each patch or if I should add to this ticket as long as it is open.
