Comment:

 Did the actual channel content change, or just it's name? If the channel
 changed but the serviceid remained the same then that would be a problem.
 To fix this we'd need to know the serviceid of the affected channel so
 that we can remove the mapping.

 Note that we use lyngsat for channel icons, if that hasn't been updated to
 use the new icon yet then we cannot do anything from our end to fix that.
