 Exact log files are no longer available due to the delay of creating the
 comment but did not contain any further useful information apart from
 state changes (which reflect the software defect) at the beginning of the
 incorrect recording. All other relevant information is in the original
 ticket.

 /etc/timezone contains "Europe/Berlin". As /etc/locatime is a binary file
 (and this ticketing system apparently doesn't allow attaching files to
 comments) and zdump output is rather lenghty, please let me know how I
 should transfer this information.
