 The last patch 'Added-SafeConnectToMasterServer.diff' is an alternative
 bugfix that adds a thread-safe alternative to ConnectToMasterServer and
 avoids BackendConnectionManager from exploiting a side-effect of
 GetMasterHostPrefix.
