 This is due to the changes in 8cbf33b0e6 .  Without the Schema Wizard
 managing the initialization/upgrade of the database, we can currently only
 "successfully" create a new DB schema if the current DB schema is the one
 created by InitializeMythSchema() (formerly InitializeDatabase()).  This
 will be fixed, but I haven't decided how, yet (meaning whether I'll get
 time to do the proper fix in the near future or have to settle for a
 workaround).

 That said, in spite of the "failure" and mythtv-setup's shutting down,
 everything worked properly during the upgrade and by restarting mythtv-
 setup, you'll then be able to configure your system and all will work.
