 According to [http://apiblog.youtube.com/2010/10/actionscript-2
 -chromeless-player-and.html Google], older versions of their chromeless
 player will cease working in October.  Right now the majority of YouTube
 videos no longer start in MythNetvision, because these versions won't
 display advertisements.

 Attached is a simple update to reference the v3 player; this seems to
 restores playback in all cases I've tried (at the cost of ads).  The API
 hasn't changed significantly, seeking and playback still appear to work as
 before.
