 I recently updated both my MythTV and my MythWeb installations.  Now
 MythWeb is completely hosed.  Initially I had the issue reported in #9399,
 but I made a workaround for that.  Now, when I go to I mythweb, I get this
 error:

  '!!NoTrans: Current database version of 3 is newer than the code base
 version 2!!'

 I have no idea what this error means.  I have attached the backtrace to
 this report.  The tail of my apache error log returns:

 mythtv (0.24.2-0.0squeeze1)
 mythweb (0.24+fixes20111029-0.0squeeze1)
