Comment (by dave@…):

 The help text for the 'Require setup PIN' field in Settings Access (3rd
 page on general settings in mythfrontend) states:
 "If enabled, you will not be able to return to this screen and reset the
 Setup PIN without first entering the current PIN"

 This used to work as I expected and how the help text specifies.
