Comment:

 In 1850a253930da4b65d20588e534c3631079bf454

 Change MythDownloadManager to allow for multiple headers

 Seems we should be setting the Content-Type header for schedulesdirect
 calls,
 and QT 4.8 might be putting in the wrong thing as a default if we don't
 specify.  This makes it so we can send a hash of headers rather than just
 one
 key/value pair.
