 At this stage, and until the bug is worked out... There are two things you
 can do.

 If both machines are using eth0 as network cards. Add the scopeid eth0 to
 the IPv6 address you entered in the mythtv-setup.
 Eg.: fe80::21f:1fff:fe23:a434%eth0

 Or:
 Get a set of real IPv6 address, plenty of providers assigning IPv6 subnet
 for free and configure the interfaces on all your machines to use this
 IPv6 subnet.
