 When I start mythgame, the cursor is on the "Favourites" entry, but none
 are displayed. When I move the cursor down to the next entry, then up
 again, the favourites are displayed correctly.

 I am running the mythtv packages from deb-multimedia.org (0.25.1-dmo1).
