 Could I see the database entry for one of the videos that doesn't work?

   SELECT * FROM videometadata WHERE filename LIKE '%Movies/Alien
 (1979).mkv';

 as well as the storage group definitions?

   SELECT * FROM storagegroup WHERE groupname='Videos';
