Log:

Remove preference for local recorders in live TV.

When entering live TV, only use livetvorder values from available
inputs to choose the initial input.  Previously, available inputs on
local recorders were always chosen over remote inputs, even if their
livetvorder value was greater.

This change was initially brought up on IRC.  It was then brought up
on the mythtv-dev mailing list.  There weren't any objections, so this
change is being made.
