Comment:

 MythMusic: Port the settings pages to MythUI

 This changes the music settings to use MythUI. Some no longer used
 settings have
 been removed. Some like shuffle mode and current visualiser are just saved
 whenever they are changed and reused whenever a screen that uses them is
 reloaded.

 Closes #7774. Thanks to Robert S for the original patch.
