Comment:

 I was thinking either filesystem errors, some sort of linker/ccache bug -
 hence fully disabling ccache, and forcing compiler/linker to exercise disk
 harder.
 [[BR]]
 Before doing anything drastic on that machine, maybe "Disk Repair" on the
 hard disk, or open up Console.app and look for filesystem-related errors?
