 A few consistency updates I noticed whilst updating the en_gb
 translations.

 This patch does *not* need to be applied before the en_gb patch in #10373,
 and can be ignored completely if desired (although it would be nice to get
 these strings consistent early in the translation cycle for 0.25).

 Updates are mostly capitalisations/missing hyphens, and this is no no
 means an exhaustive search.
