 This patch adds:
 - Improved 14:9 and 16:9 letterbox detection, accounting for 'DOGs'
 - Add auto detection and fill of letterboxed widescreen (1.85:1, 1:2.35
 and 2.39:1) material.
 - Reduced rate of frame scanning to reduce CPU load.
 - MHEG interactive TV disables auto fill.
 - Improved compiler optimisation opportunities.
