 Per a previous discussion on the devel maillist, please find attached
 references to commits that will move libhdhomerun to
 external/libhdhomerun, to build hdhomerun_config as
 mythhdhdhomerun_config, and to resync to the latest version of the
 silicondust library.

 The commits are provided in three separate pieces to allow easier code
 reviews by the devs.

 The first commit moves the files to external/libhdhomerun and updates the
 various references:

 The second commit (per the request of Danielk) creates the
 mythhdhomerun_config program:
