#10043: Mythtv does not LOCK the HDHomeRun Prime Tuner when in use

When mythtv begins to access the hdhomerun it will record fine, however it
does not lock the tuner. Below is a sample of a tuner from mythtv and the
other tuner is being used by WMC:
