 Browsing livetv, when channel changing, osd.xml does not provide enough
 space for the channum, although there is enough room in the display space.
 The channum is truncated to an ellipsis. The description is also crowded
 and may be cut off.

 Also while browsing livetv, there is no display of the channel number in
 the info display.
 Attached diff re-arranges the display space for livetv channel changing to
 provide more room for the description, and provides enough space for even
 long channel numbers (ex. 117_3).
 Also adds channum to the info display.
