 WARNING:  I have been using the combined patch, mythburn20111006.patch,
 since I submitted it, but have only just realised that the animated
 snapshots in the menus created with the MythCenter-Animated theme that I
 use are not playing with any of the players that I have tried.  Only the
 empty frames are displayed. DVDs created earlier do not have this problem.
 It's probably related to the double quote marks generated by the first
 patch above, but more investigation is needed.
