 The nws-alerts.pl script included with MythWeather needs to be updated to
 match the new URL and information format provided by the National Weather
 Service. I've made appropriate changes and submitted a pull request:

 https://github.com/MythTV/mythtv/pull/4

 URL has changed from:
 http://www.weather.gov/alerts/$state.cap
 to:
 http://www.weather.gov/alerts/$state.php?x=0 (actually redirects to
 http://alerts.weather.gov/cap/$state.php?x=0 )
