 During the conversion of TV actions from strings to defines in

 2e72feb3eea3581e8b909f4139df2ca72cbe671b] I suspect that an error was
 introduced in the naming of the “Menu Yellow” action keybinding. I suspect
 that “MENYELLOW” should be “MEN'''U'''YELLOW”.
