 makefile include for installing mythweather scripts contains absolute
 patch for install binary. As this binary has distro dependent location -
 on distros where this bin is not in /us/bin installing scripts fails.
 Attached patch removes absolute patch letting install process to use
 install tool pointed by env. patch.
